spanish product design collective merry kawamura ganjavian

merry kawamura ganjavian is a spanish design collective which mainly works in
product design. the group’s website may be in Spanish but that doesn’t diminish
the quality of their projects. Standouts include ‘eat with your fingers’ is a cutlery
system for your digits, ‘glow purse’ an illuminated bag and ‘leggs’ a size-adjustable

screensavers & strange hotdogs by philip cristofor

philip cristofor is a swedish designer who has worked in video, graphic design and
sometimes art. we came across his ‘surveillance saver quad’, a computer screensaver
which pulls from live surveillance feeds. the piece is based on the work of michael zollner.
one of cristofor’s other projects is a little more strange, he describes it ‘faux art made
