The problem with most utility tools is that you end up carrying around a brick-like thing in your pocket when, let's face it, you'll never need four different sizes of rotating blades, six different screwdrivers, a magnifying glass, wood saw and spoon. And, more importantly, you'll inevitably have not bothered to bring it with you when you really need it.
