Buffalo will start selling in Japan a new USB 1Seg TV Tuner the DH-KONE/U2V, which can also record TV programs into your PC in order to send/watch on any Japanese mobile phones, PSP or even on your PS3. This TV tuner will be sold for around 75 EUR in Japan.
