Make this environmentally friendly Star of David a part of any Jewish holiday you’re celebrating. It’s handmade from 100% natural biodegradable fibers that are embedded with Basil seeds that will grow when planted. Plant it indoors in a pot with fine potting soil, or directly in a garden in the spring. No matter where it’s planted, the ornament must first soak overnight in water, then it should be placed ¼” deep in soil. Keep warm and moist until the seeds germinate in approximately two weeks. The paper will recycle into the soil while the seeds grow into basil.
