The Spindle is part of a new contemporary line by Urban Tree Salvage. As the name suggests, this Toronto-based company salvages and treats fine quality wood that would otherwise end up in landfills thereby by conserving materials and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Founder and designer Sean Gorham creates furniture that allows the beauty of this recovered wood to speak for itself.
