To create our own line of House Numbers (2006), we looked to Erik Spiekermann for designs that are distinct, unmistakable and provide a legible, clean aesthetic for a business or home. The House Numbers collection, designed exclusively for DWR, includes four typefaces. Tech numbers evoke the lettering Hollywood designers have used on spaceships, or numbers on the backs of big trucks. This type is simply shaped, without diagonals or intricate serifs.
