A city is a limited space as if a space of table is limited. I supposed accommodations in a city as the same as a bowl and citizens in a city are the same as food. By the year 2015, as a population of a city becomes bigger and the city is crowded, a form of the accommodation should get bigger. However, as you guess, the city is a limited space where doesn’t have enough spare land to build extra accommodations unlimitedly for the excessive number of people. A population increased causes offering smaller space to live for people as well as building higher space. Consequently, a smaller space comes to need smaller furniture. So I made the higher bowl for crowded food in a space-limited table.
