im from Russia
the reason of it is because the english word 'mail' and russian word 'soap' in sounds similar
label on this box 'the cleanest soap' can be read by russian people like 'cleanest mail'

In russian "e-mail" (mail) concordant to "milo" (means "soap"). That's why we call our e-mails this way :D
