The “Subway” is an innovative project that radically changes using and meaning of the light and illumination. The project uses light to create spectacular effects not to illuminate the environment. Today, people want to see the show, something new and original. The Shaker is composed of two parts, the liquid container and the light support. Once the ingredients are poured, the container will be closed, and by screwing the two peaces together a sphere is being formed. The barman, once the internal light is on, will launch the Shaker on the rail lines installed on the counter to the client, to the other barmen or waiter, depending on the show. Rolling along the rail lines, the sphere creates the effect of the light in movement. The colour of such light depends on the colour of the cocktail. In this way the light is no longer the meaning that illuminates the space, but the tool that creates a spectacle.
