Mario and Luigi are notorious collectors. We just returned from brunch at their apartment and just could stop talking about their brick and box collection. Every type of brick or box you see in their games, the Mario Brothers actually have a sample of in their apartment - and all of them make sounds. Our favorites were little figurines of the brothers on blocks that made sound when you pushed on their heads. We asked nicely and Mario and Luigi granted us a boon.
Straight from the Mario Brothers' private collection comes these Sound Blocks. There are three different versions (Mario, Fire Mario, and Luigi). Each one has four sounds randomly played when you press down on their head. All three figures play: coin sound, jump, and items coming up from a block. And each one has a special sound: Mario gets powered up, Fire Mario shoots a fireball, and Luigi gets an extra life. Press them individually for some nostalgic aural sensations. Press them all at the same time repeatedly to annoy those you love. Mario and Luigi would be proud.
