To keep up with the needs of modern interiors and landscape architecture, the building materials for premium planters have become something of a science. The all-weather Gratia Planters combine natural and synthetic materials to create lightweight, sculptural forms that can be used both indoors and out. Carefully made by hand, each pot is constructed from a fiberglass shell with a natural metal finish applied over the top. They are then hand polished to achieve a rich, dimensional surface. Depending on the salt content in the air, the bronze pots will develop varying degrees of greenish blue patina over time; the black pots develop a white matte finish. For outdoor use, holes can be drilled on the bottom for drainage.
